Return Refund & Exchange Policy


Goods sold are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable unless you received an incorrect item(s) or any factory defected item(s), otherwise, it will not be accepted for return.
Return and Exchange:
Returns and exchange must be done within three (3) business days starting from the day that you received the goods (Based on courier service record or the date collected).
You may return/exchange your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:
  • You received the wrong item in your package or the item has a manufacturing defect.
(Please inform us within 3 business days.)
  • Besides, our requirements for return/exchange are as follows:
    1. Proof of purchase (Order Id/ Invoice)
    2. To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the item, the buyer should ensure that the item box, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the item, must be returned to the seller in the good condition.
    3. The returned product must not have been used or installed.
4)    Exchange is only allowed for the same product such as gate extension size or swimming suit size, the buyer shall get the seller's consent before the return request, and the buyer will bear the return & resend shipping fee.
  • if the new item is of a higher price, the customer will pay for the difference in amount.
  • if the new item is of a lower price, refundable will depend on Mamakiddies management.
Returns and Refunds FAQ 
  1. Do I have to pay for shipping when I return my purchase?
  • We will cover for the return shipping fee for faulty products on the date of arrival within (3) working days after verify and assess the return reason.
  • Our company will exchange & cover shipping fees for manufacture defects, open box defects, or defects during transit.
  • The customer will cover the shipping fee for a warranty claim, defect when the customer handling the item, and wrong purchase.
  • If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your cost. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund.
  1. What if my product is damaged when received?
  • If any goods are delivered to you are damaged, kindly contact us within three (3) working days of receiving the delivery.
  • We will arrange to have the damaged goods returned or arrange for a replacement for the damaged parts.
  • Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories, and/or manuals.
  • Returned parcel: The goods are customer’s responsibility until it reaches at Mamakiddies warehouse, so make sure it is packed properly and cannot get any damages on the way. 
  • We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund.
  1. What if my product is faulty or defective?
If you found the goods are faulty or defective, kindly contact us within (3) working days of date receiving the delivery and we will determine if the product is faulty or defective and offer you one of the following options:
·       Replacement: We will ship or you may choose to self-collect the same product that you ordered after confirming with the Mamakiddies team.
·       Service: You may have the product repaired if after the warranty period. However, once serviced the product is no longer entitled to a replacement. The shipping fee will be on customer coverage.
This progress may include quality checking on the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund.
  1. If the warranty is a 1year warranty, is this can be a 1-time warranty or can be a few times warranty within 1 year?
  • The warranty claim will be count on the date once you received the item.
  • Yes, a 1-time warranty.
  1. How long will it take for me to receive a refund?
  • It may take up to (15) working days, to processing. We will share the receipt
once done.
  1. How will I be refunded?
  • The refund will be done through bank online transfer with processing within 15 working days from the date that we mention to the customer.
  • Please note that we do not provide a cash refund.
3.    I’ve changed my mind & would like to cancel my order. Will I be refunded?
We regret to inform you that any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted. If the item delivered is the correct item ordered and is not defective, it will not be considered for a refund.

We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit, or unreasonable.
