Usage Guidelines
- For first time use, use clean water to wash and dry it
- Recommend to use wood or silicone cooking utensil, avoid sharp and metal cooking utensils which might damage the cooking pot/pan.
- Non-stick cooking pot/pan can conduct head quickly, low or middle heat is recommended when cooking. If you need to use strong heat for cooking, maintain it below 200°C and do not heat the pot/pan that is empty.
- After cooking, wait for the cooking pot/pan to cool down before cleaning.
- If there’s some stain sticking on the pot/pan, can wash with hot water, detergent, and sponge. Do not use steel balls and rough metal to rub them.
Mamakiddies will cover delivery costs for replacement (defect) to the customer within 3 working days only. If more than 3 working days, the customer needs to bear the cost.
