Return Process

Goods sold are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable unless you received an incorrect item(s) or any factory defected item(s), otherwise, it will not be accepted for return.

Return and Exchange

Returns and exchange must be done within three (3) business days starting from the day that you received the goods. 

(Based on courier service record or the date collected)

You may return/exchange your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong item in your package
  •  The item has a manufacturing defect.

Please inform us within 3 business days:

  • Besides, our requirements for return/exchange are as follows:
  1. Proof of purchase (Order Id/ Invoice)
  2. To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the item, the buyer should ensure that the item box, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the item, must be returned to the seller in good condition.
  3. The returned product must not have been used or installed
  4. Exchange is only allowed for the same product such as gate extension size or swimming suit size, the buyer shall get the seller’s consent before the return request, and the buyer will bear the return & resend shipping fee.
  • If the new item is of a higher price, the customer will pay for the difference in amount.
  • If the new item is of a lower price, refundable will depend on Mamakiddies management.

Shipping Providers:

Delivery will be conducted using various courier services mainly PosLaju Malaysia or Nationwide Express, depending on the item and locations.

All delivery will be given a tracking code either via email or SMS to track your shipment.

Courier Tracking Number: 

You will get the delivery tracking number after we process the order. We usually ship the order within 2-3 working days after payment is confirmed. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code is available in Poslaju’s tracking system.

Receiver’s Responsibility:

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a receiver for the shipment. We only ship to the correct address provided during the checkout process. It is advisable to consider having a work/office address as a receiving address over a residential address. Please ensure the shipping address given is correct and accurate because we won’t be responsible for any inaccurate information. 

Shipping In Malaysia:

  • We ship throughout Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak. 
  • The shipping cost for Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak are quoted based on weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher) and will be automatically calculated during checkout. 

Delivery Duration:

Upon confirmation of payment, delivery is usually within 5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery for Sabah and Sarawak may take up to 7 business days. Our working day is Monday to Friday. 

International Shipping: 

At the moment we don’t provide worldwide shipping.

Mamakiddies Warranty Claim:

  1. Mamakiddies will cover the warranty for mechanical parts only.
  2. Postage
    The customer needs to bear the cost of collecting and resending the item. 
  3. Walk-In
    No extra charges to claim the warranty. 
  4. Warranty claim will be counted on the date once you received the item.
  5. Warranty can be claimed depending on the item warranty period.
