Shipping Policy

Shipping Providers:

Delivery will be conducted using J&T Express or Pgeon courier services. 

 

Courier Tracking Number: 

You will get the delivery tracking number after we process the order. We usually ship the order within 2-3 working days after payment is confirmed. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code is available in the Easyparcel tracking system. 

 

Order Tracking: 

You can use the tracking code provided and key it into the following links to track your shipment: J&T Express | Pgeon 

Receiver’s Responsibility:

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a receiver for the shipment. We only ship to the correct address provided during the checkout process. It is advisable to consider having a work/office address as a receiving address over a residential address. Please ensure the shipping address given is correct and accurate because we won’t be responsible for any inaccurate information. 

 

Shipping In Malaysia:

• We ship throughout Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak. 
• The shipping cost for Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak are quoted based on weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher) and will be automatically calculated during checkout. 

 

Delivery Duration:

Upon confirmation of payment, delivery is usually within 5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery for Sabah and Sarawak may take up to 7 business days. Our working day is Monday to Friday. 

 

International Shipping: 

At the moment we don’t provide worldwide shipping.
